In our Sunday Afternoon Finale we begin with the glowing piano textures of Dvořák’s Piano Quartet Op. 87, before Schubert’s String Quintet draws us into a world of expansive, song-like lines. Brahms’ Piano Trio Op. 8 brings the Summer Residency to a close with rich Romantic sonority and warmth.
