Ania Safonova - violin

Ania Safonova is an Associate Leader of the Halle Orchestra and has appeared as a guest leader with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, BBC Symphony, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, New London Soloists, Ulster and Scottish Chamber orchestras. She has recently performed concertos with Halle and New London Soloists orchestras.

As a chamber musician, Ania has played with numerous groups, including the Marais and Nash ensembles, the Fibonacci Sequence and the London Bridge Ensemble.

Anna is married to the violinist Benjamin Nabarro, with whom she often plays duos.
